Healthy Red Bull Alternative
RECIPE FOR HEALTHIER RED BULL ENERGY DRINK:
– 8 ounces sparkling water
– little bit of Stevia by NuNaturals (tastes just like sugar and contains no maltodextrin)
– 500 mg Guarana (a natural source of caffeine)
– 1 g Taurine (gets the brain working and metabolism moving). Note: 1 gram is about a quarter of a teaspoon.
