AM-PM Fat Loss Discovery Goes to The Cytocharge Rocky Mountain Fitness and Figure Championships

With determination, dedication and keen focus on winning, she recently competed in her second Figure competition, and won her height class! This is her second show with her second win.

In a packed auditorium, she stood on stage with all the winners to compete for overall champ (see bottom photo)…We waited in anticipation as the judges announced…Stephanie Spencer as that night’s champion. Phenomenal job, and every minute of training and preperation mattered.

You can see that all the women look amazing.

Adhering striclty to The AM-PM fat Loss Discovery, she whas able to burn fat while building sexy lean muscle. Muscle Fertilizer helped with the "swollen" look you see in her pictures. A few more tricks for hormone intelligence therapy helped her skin, nails and hair shine.

Sweets were not on the menu, with the exception of Wellness Bakeries.
